A trip to Uptown Charlotte for work or pleasure is only 20 miles. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is just under 20 miles, perfect for a weekend retreat or a business trip.
There are currently no homes on the market in Hamiltons Bay and they do sell quickly when they do hit the market. In the past year 10 homes sold for between $87,500 and $127,000. Most of them sold the first week they were on the market and sold for between 94% and 103% of list price.
