The Meridians is a great Lake Wylie location built by Meritage Homes. This community offers energy efficient ranch style homes with craftsman style details in a great location.

The Meridians is part of The Palisades and residents enjoy membership to The Palisades Country Club. This includes the resort-style swimming pool, tennis complex, state-of-the-art fitness center and much more. There is an amazing PGA worthy golf course as well as banquet facilities with exquisite food. A monthly fee is required to continue the membership.

Located off Youngblood Road, The Meridians are in a great spot. Residents are close to Lake Wylie Marina, McDowell Nature Preserve, Topgolf Charlotte, Gold Hill YMCA and Tega Cay Golf Club. For shopping and dining, Rivergate, Baxter Village and Stockbridge Commons are all nearby. You can also hop on I-77 or I-485 for a trip into Uptown Charlotte, Ballantyne, or SouthPark.

Homes in the meridians have gone for between $346,294 and $373,770 in the past year. There are currently 15 homes on the market here so there are many choices for the discerning home buyer.
