For the equestrian, there is no better neighborhood than Campbells Crossing in York, SC. The neighborhood is centered around horses, but has amazing single-family homes as well. This exclusive community is the best of country living and is perfect for horse lovers who don’t want to maintain a large farm. It is situated off of Charlotte Highway 49 near the intersection of south Paraham Road.

Campbells Crossing is located on the Northeast side of York, SC. Downtown York is just about 15 minutes away. Lake Wylie is just 15 minutes to the Northeast. A trip to Uptown Charlotte will take around 45 minutes and it’s just about 40 minutes for a trip to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

There are just 156 homes in the community, but each sits on a lot between 2 and 10 acres so you have room to pasture your horses. There are amazing trees in the neighborhood so you will have plenty of privacy. Miles of equestrian trails wind through connecting the property and taking best advantage of the picturesque setting.
