Anchorage is located on a peninsula off of the roundabout at the end of Windward Drive close to Pitcairn Park. Homes on the approach to the peninsula are priced starting in the $300’s and prices rise as you get out on the peninsula as those homes all have water frontage. Those homes go for over $1 million and have many luxury features including private pools, cabanas, outdoor bars, private boat docks and more.
