Nestled between Big and Little Allison Creeks off of Hwy 274 in York, SC is the Allison Creek Peninsula comprised of a variety of homes from cabins to estates to recently developed neighborhoods. Palm Tree Cove and the newest, Palm Tree Cove II offer a variety of lot size and builders from custom to production builders.
