The neighborhood is located about 40 minutes away from Uptown Charlotte in the picturesque town of Clover. Homes in Cherokee Farms are large and sit on wooded lots of at least an acre in size. Homes typically have between 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms and have between 2,400 and 4,200 square feet of living space. Homes were built between 2008 and 2019 and there are still opportunities for building a home though there are currently no lots listed for sale.
Only four homes sold in Cherokee Farms in the last year with an average sale price of $420,250. These homes sold in under 70 days, and in some cases, were under contract within a month of being listed for sale.
