The newest residential rental addition to Fort Mill will be Fox Hunt Farms, an upscale apartment community that is slated for completion on January 12, with leasing already underway. The development is located off of S.C. 160 near Interstate 77 on Amistead Avenue. The property will feature amenities such as a community game room with billiards, community outdoor grills and a swimming pool, a 24-hour gym with a yoga and aerobics studio, and a dog park that will include a dog washing station. Units will include stainless steel appliances and 9-foot ceilings with pendant lighting, among other desirable features.

Rental prices will range from $995 for a one-bedroom, 844-sqaure-foot unit, up to $1,499 for a three-bedroom, 1,100 square-foot unit.

Fort Mill continues to have a thriving and  developing local economy, making it an ever more desirable place to live.
