Wilson Farm is located off of South Point Road in North Carolina but on the west side of Lake Wylie. This puts it in Belmont and it feeds to top rated and well regarded Belmont city schools. A quick drive will have residents in downtown Belmont for shopping, dining, and community events. Nearby highway access will connect you to Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown Charlotte.

Homes in Wilson Farm were built between 2020 and 2022. They have large wooded lots between half and a full acre in size. The homes are grand in scale with a range from 2,800 to 3,400 heated square feet. Some homes have basements for additional square footage. Most of the homes have the primary suite on the main floor, and a few of the homes have dual primary suites. All of the homes have two car garages and rocking chair front porches.

In the last year, just two homes in Wilson Farm changed owners. They were both new construction homes. In fact, none of the homes has changed ownership since they were bought as new homes. That is a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of these homes. There is currently one home listed for sale and it is the last of the new construction homes, though it is completed so you don’t have to deal with any of the hassles of construction. Homes typically sell in the mid $600’s to the upper $800’s.
