There are currently 46 townhomes listed for sale in The Vineyards, both new construction and resale residences. Nineteen are under contract as of April 5.

There are many nearby destinations outside The Vineyards. Metro Charlotte is a 20-minute commute. Downtown Belmont and the U.S. National Whitewater Center are both about 15 minutes away. Toward the west are Kings Mountain and Crowders Mountain state parks.
